2. No Air Carrier Services

Skybound AV is not a direct air carrier. We act as a broker, consultant, and facilitator connecting clients with properly licensed Part 135 or Part 91 operators.

All flights are operated by independent FAA-certified air carriers. Skybound AV does not operate aircraft and does not control flight operations.

3. No Guarantees or Warranties

All content on this site is provided “as is.”

We make no warranties regarding:

  • Availability of aircraft

  • Pricing accuracy

  • Scheduling

  • Performance of third-party operators

Actual charter terms are governed by the operator’s contract, not Skybound AV.

4. Third-Party Providers

We may connect you with third-party vendors including:

  • Charter operators

  • Aircraft owners

  • Maintenance providers

  • Insurance or finance partners

Skybound AV is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, or failures of any third party.

Any agreement you enter with them is strictly between you and that provider.

5. Quotes and Pricing

All pricing is subject to change and availability.

Quotes are estimates only and may change due to:

  • Fuel costs

  • Crew duty limits

  • Weather

  • Aircraft availability

  • Airport fees

  • International handling

Final pricing is confirmed only upon executed contract with the operator.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including logos, text, graphics, and branding — is owned by Skybound AV unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skybound AV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed any fees paid directly to Skybound AV.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skybound AV from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the website

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your interactions with third-party operators

9. Privacy

Use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

Having said that, Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by you, as the owner of this website. The T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of the website visitors, or your customers, while they visit or engage with this website. The T&C are meant to establish the legal relationship between the site visitors and you as the website owner. 

 

T&C should be defined according to the specific needs and nature of each website. For example, a website offering products to customers in e-commerce transactions requires T&C that are different from the T&C of a website only providing information (like a blog, a landing page, and so on).     

 

T&C provide you as the website owner the ability to protect yourself from potential legal exposure, but this may differ from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, so make sure to receive local legal advice if you are trying to protect yourself from legal exposure.

What to include in the T&C document

Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
